Just like your local bakery, we bake your Cookie Sandwiches fresh for your order to give you the best quality upon arrival and should be eaten as soon as possible. VERY IMPORTANT- During summer cookies sandwiches may arrive really soft. Simply refrigerate/freeze.
Shelf life for most of our Cookie Sandwiches is 5-6 days or longer if kept refrigerated/frozen. Allow the cookies to adjust back to room temperature for best taste and texture.
Please take care not to leave Cookie Sandwiches in high temperature conditions.
Do you use preservatives in your products and are the ingredients safe?
All of our Cookie Sandwiches are baked fresh in our bakery using wholesome ingredients with no added preservatives or additives. We use the finest quality baking ingredients, using only ingredients that are safe for you. For specific ingredients used in each of our Cookie Sandwiches, go to that item description in our online store where the ingredients are listed.
After I place an order when will it ship or can I pick it up in person?
Currently our lead time is 5-7 days then another 1-3 days (USPS or FEDEX) shipping. We are currently transitioning to Fedex. Typically we bake on the weekends and ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. During the Holidays, orders may take longer...please allow extra time for delivery.
Do you deliver locally or may I pick up my order?
Local deliveries are $15-20 depending on where it's being delivered to. Arrangements may be made for you to pick up your order from us. Shipping and handling fees are waived/refunded for pick up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay via PayPal. It is perhaps the most secure and reputable online bank used by millions.
How can I place several orders to different addresses?
You may create an account to build your own address book. Each individual order, however, must go through the checkout process. For bulk or corporate orders, please contact us.
What are my shipping options?
Fedex Overnight (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)
Next Day Air delivers to all 50 states with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
FedEx 2nd Day Air
Offers you a guaranteed second business day delivery. This ship method is ideal for shipments which do not need overnight service. Deliveries are made by the end of the second business day. FedEx 2nd Day Air delivers to all 50 states.
Fedex Ground & Home Delivery (ONLY available to local Southern California)
FedEx Ground & Home Delivery shipping offers you prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping. Usually only takes1-2 days within Southern CA.
United State Post Office (USPS) 2-3 Day Priority Mail (NOT AVAILABLE for Central or East Coast orders) USPS times are not guaranteed, therefore, we do NOT recommend this option.Do you ship outside the United States?
No, currently we only ship to addresses within the United States.
What if my order arrives damaged or I am unsatisfied with my products?
The Cookie Sandwich Co. stands behind all our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately after receiving your order for online store credit or replacement instructions. If an order was shipped to the address provided and it was undeliverable and/or not picked up in a timely manner unfortunately we will not be held responsible.
I would like to know more information about wholesale accounts.
Wholesale accounts are only available to businesses (verified by a current copy of a business license), and not normally available to individuals. Currently we only handle accounts in the San Diego/Southern California region.
Some special circumstances might apply where an individual may obtain wholesale prices, such as volume purchases for fund raising events, volume purchases for selling at holiday bazaars, or for charity events. Please contact us for information.
Do you cater weddings and other special events?
Yes. We cater both locally and have shipped a few hundred dozen at a time for events and corporate gifting. The Cookie Sandwich Co. can customize our product (color, ingredients and size) and packaging to fit your needs! Simply call us at 877-729-1001.

Our Cookie Sandwiches measure 2.5 to 3 inches wide and about 2 inches high. Our products are baked in an establishment that uses nuts, milk, eggs, soy, gluten, and wheat.
